Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born October 4 on 1979. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also a star in the television shows Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voiced her and also in Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) as well as She's All That (1998). The series started with the English version of Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children.
